Te Puna access diagnostic page

This page is designed to assist you to solve problems accessing Te Puna applications via the Internet. To obtain a report please enter your name, email address, and the IP address of your PC in the fields below then click the CHECK SYSTEM button.

Enter an email address to have a copy of the report emailed to you or someone else.

IP address of your PC:

To get the IP address of Windows PCs:

Click the "START" button
Click "Run"
Type: winipcfg (Windows 9x/Me)
Or else type: cmd /K ipconfig (Windows NT/2000/XP)
The IP Address of the pc will now be displayed

PLEASE NOTE: If you make a change to your browser settings, you will have to click the "CHECK SYSTEM" button twice to have those changes detected properly.
